Even though I am middle aged, I consider myself a gamer. I play games on the PS3, Xbox 360, PSP, DS, Wii and on the PC. I've been around the block so to speak. Aliens to Zelda.

However I have generally stayed away from games like Farmville. I tried Angry Birds but I thought it was boring.

But this Plants vs Zombies for the Kindle Fire is addicting and fun to play. It is just hard enough so you do not win every round.

Kindle Player tip: You don't have to drag the plants around with your finger. Just click the plant and then click where you want to put it. (I think I developed low grade carpal tunnel til I figured this out.)

Don't get me wrong, I still love this game....but there are no mini-games (at least not yet) and no zen garden.

Why is there no Zen Garden or more Mini games as there are on IPhone and PC?? It makes it boring not to be able to do those things that you can do on other devices
